Are you considering attending? I applied here on a whim, and I just looked at tuition: 12K? This is incredibly cheap. Thoughts?
I went to the LSAC website and went to the inormation that UDM submitted, and they list tuition at 12K per year. I was thinking, this can't be right??? Out of the schools left on your list, which ones, if accepted, would you attend before UDM?
At the moment, I think I would attend Vermont because of its reputation. However, if all schools outside, say, the top-50 are regional, it makes sense to go to a school where you want to practice. And, I'm not sure I want to be in that area. I am hoping something on the west coast comes back favorably.

Hi, I am still waiting for a few decisions to be 100% certain, but I am leaning towards Tulsa at this point. I think you will like Detroit, from what I hear they have several great programs and seem to really try to provide a great education to their students. Good luck in the future with everything.
Hey I just came back from visiting MCSOL, let me know what you are curious about. MCSOL is most likely where I will be attending in the Fall. So let me know, I have all kinds of info over here.
So, what do you think? Where are you leaning? I was accepted to UDM also (and Cooley) and I'm going the UDM route (unless I hear from St. Thomas). The visit to Detroit was interesting to say the least. I'm from California. I'm trying to find a place to live in Detroit now and am struggling with finding the right area. Have you been to Western State in Fullerton? I went for a visit and a friend of mine goes there. UDM is certainly better established. WSU has had longstanding problems with their ABA accreditation. (They are still provisionally approved and there is concern about whether or not it will be granted full approval.) The building is small and the classrooms are not set up like the standard law school classrooms. It's decent if you want to stay in Orange County - they have a lot of connections. (i.e. DA's office) I wanted to go there to stay in California. They rejected me! :( My friend likes it there, but is trying to transfer out. Good luck to you and congrats on your acceptances. hi, i was wondering if western state sent u a white envelope with financial aid information BEFORE they sent you the white envelope with the acceptance letter? also.. if they did? how soon did u get the acceptance letter after the financial aid packet info? thanks so much :-)
I would love to hear what you know about UDM, it is my top choice but I am jsut trying to get into contact with some people who are considering attending there. Any info about the school that you could offer would be awesome
