Congrats on Tulane. I recently managed to get accepted there myself.
My final decision is still an open matter at this point. I'm hoping for some more acceptances soon and some financial information before I decide. So, if I get accepted at Iowa, it's still a possibility...even my 2nd choices of SLU and Illinois are still possible.
Congrats on getting in and I see that you're committing to go. I'm considering going there, too, but I just don't know yet. How'd you decide?
what do you think about tulane..still as good after katrina?
I saw your comment about wanting to study Admiralty/Maritime at Tulane. I'm still uncommitted to a school at this point, but if I decide on Tulane that's the area of law I'm looking at too -- mixed in with some energy law courses perhaps. Right now I am trying to decide between Tulane and SLU, and despite the obvious rankings difference, it's still a tough decision for me. Best of luck to you during your time there.
on Tulane!! I am from New Orleans. I hope you get to explore the city inspite of those two ladies that wrecked the place-Katrina and Rita. Baton Rouge is only an hour away. I has grow over the past few years and still developing, which would explain the horrible traffic. Once again best wishes!!
Thanks for the thoughts. Choosing the right law school is a tough decision with many factors to weigh. I've been trying to be very thorough with the whole process and am finally starting to feel more certain about going to Tulane (barring an unexpected acceptance to Iowa or Illinois). I'll likely finalize my decision in the coming week and a half. Best, bajd777
