LSAT ?

You don't feel you want to take it again...if you can? Mine didn't go that well either and we are applying to similar schools...In as much as I want to go to a top 15 school, I'm don't want the financial burden hanging around when I graduate. Do you have any work experience to put you over?

Thanks

Yeah..I just thought about it and updated my profile by cutting down too much info. I joined this site primarily to see how applicants who are like me fared and also to help those who would come after. I tried to make my profile as exact as possible so others could properly compare..but you know those AAhaters, if they see you got into a school they didn't get into, its cos of race and not because of overall diversity. I'm praying everyone does well in the end, regarless of color, but I expect to hear from some joker about my getting in to a good school with lower LSAT...while they know nothing else about me.

Good Luck

I know another URM with identical numbers who is a 1L at Vanderbilt. I am sure you will do fine. The key is the PS and hopefully you have a bit of WE or EC.

I am so thrilled for you and your acceptance to UVA. If you have a free minute, I would love to hear about what qualities pushed you beyond the numbers, although nothing against your numbers mine are very similar.

Congrats!!

i'd also love to hear about your soft qualities - our GPAs are similar, so i'm just curious :) UVA is such a great school, you should be proud!

Congrants on all of your acceptances! You have some great opportunities! I'm writing because i've just called Vandy and they told me to expect a decision letter in the mail by Tuesday. They couldn't give me a decision over the phone. Did you get an email announcing your acceptance as well? I guess it doesn't matter at this point since i'll be hearing from them soon...just wondering..:)

CONGRATS BIG TIME

If u don't mind sharing what is ur LSAT score? and how long have u been out of school?

Confused?
Thursday, December 29 2005 at 07:00 PM

I don't get it. You have some GREAT acceptances! If you don't mind sharing, why did you withdraw from all schools? I mean, this is a grueling process and very stressful too---who would want to go through this TWICE?! Mmm, well good luck in the future! :)

Congrats on Chicago

How were u notified by them? had you previously said that a deferral would work for you?

Favor ain't Fair!

To God be the Glory on your endeavors. Continue to triumph in all that you put your hand to. I am yet to take the LSAT. Took a blind one just to gauge my strengths. I made a 139. I am going to buy the Logic Games bible and study intensely. I graduate from Tennessee State University (HBCU) in May 2007 hopefully w/ at least a 3.2 gpa. May I ask what your numbers where? I need all the encouragement I can get. This idea about law school is against all odds considering my background. Kindest Regards, Parrish Godchild
