Early Decision?

Congratulations on your acceptance from Michigan. That's quite an honor. Did you apply Early Decision to there or did they just tell you very early?

Thanks!

Michigan is quickly becoming a favorite the more and more I look into it. No, I didn't apply ED, just early in the cycle. And yes, I do feel honored and lucky!

I got the email this morning (12/13 at 11:02 am). It looks like they're going somewhat by sent date, but at the same time giving decisions weeks apart (i.e. 2 people who apply the same day hear back 2 weeks apart). So, I wouldn't worry to much yet. Good luck!

what exactly does that mean? Is that some priority list or will you be rolled over into regular consideration?

If only we were the same gender, we would be the same person. I'm having the same feelings about Michigan, though I haven't visited it yet. It looks like a great place. And to think, I only applied there because they sent me a fee waiver. Thank something for that, since the biggies are kicking me to the curb. :)

Looks like we're in the same boat with Georgetown...have you heard anything about deferral admits? Congrats on the great acceptances so far.
