All silent on the Ga State front for me as well. I read one posting that stated that acceptance via regular mail came while the Ga State status checker still stated "Complete Ready for Review." I also saw a posting that stated that Ga State status checker went to "accepted" on decision - waiting on hard copy to confirm. I only hope that the long delay means that we are not auto-rejects and that we will know something soon. Best of luck - Post as soon as you know something and I'll do the same.

I am getting so frustrated with GA State...they are my #1 choice and I really just want a decision either way! Have you heard of anything we can do if our application is on "hold"-when I called admissions they told me that it was on hold and a decision would be made at a later date. I guess that's good because it's not a flat out rejection? Any info. you have is greatly appreciated

Oh, I had to work up the nerve to call...I'm applying from out of state and I need to plan ahead! Did you go to Ga state for undergrad? I've toured twice, But I just graduated from the University of FL so it will be a huge culture shock! The times I've visited I've really liked it though...

I actually sent a deposit to Mercer instead. Mercer will be hard because my husband's job is north of Atlanta, so we aren't really sure how it will work yet if it's the only option. My fingers are very tightly crossed for GSU and/or UGA.

I sure hope this is the week. Seriously, my daily routine consists of waking up, checking ga state application status, checking lawschoolnumbers...then repeat. I am so pathetic! seriously, I think they like watching us go crazy!!! GOOD LUCK!

and I'll cross mine. I called (again) last week, and they said hopefully april 30th but it may possibly run into the first week of may. AHHHH-I can't take this anymore. Atleast you live in atlanta...I still need to make living arrangements and move (if I get Accepted?!?!?!)...but yeah, I'm hoping they give me a shot. GOOD LUCK!!

ok, so I called again today. They told me that there are approximately 280 people on hold right now--and they're not sure how long it will take to review all of those. I asked about April 30th and the first week of may--she said she wasn't sure when it'll be. AHHHHH--this is getting so frustrating!

for your kind words. I, too, am sorry that we won't be attending the same law school. I am, however, very happy that we will both be able to attend the law school that each of us wanted to attend. I wish you the best at GSU. Your hard work and determination will pay off!
