Hey, I'm from Tallahassee My best friend went to FAMU ~ it's an all black school with a law school that was just recently established ~ I went to FSU which is next to it and there are plenty of other law schools that might be better to consider ~ I know you havent applied yet, but be aware that right now there are a lot of problems on the campus concerning where tuition money is going and the validity of FAMU graduates' degrees

I just took the LSAT on December 1, hope to get a better score!
FAMU isn't an "all black school". In fact, blacks make up less than half of the law school student body. Whites make up about a third. However, it is true that they are facing issues with leadership. But last I checked, a law degree from an ABA accredited school still had some value.
just wanted to wish u good luck on ur apps this cycle! I think i might tell youto apply to few more schools just to cast a wider net.... u never know!

I got accepted to the Alternative Summer Acceptance Program at OCU. I am still waiting for St. Mary's and Texas Wesleyan. If I don't hear anything by April 15th, I will send OCU my $500 deposit. I have already sent Cooley my $500 deposit. If I don't get into St. Mary's or Texas Wesleyan, I will attend the ASAP program. If I don't pass, I will go to Cooley in the Fall.

Congrats on your acceptance to the ASAP program at OKC. I am attending as well. I was just wondering what you will be doing for living arrangements during that time. Will you be living on campus?

Hi Lexiepearl, yeah I will be attending the Admitted Student Day for ASAP Students on the 22nd, as I will be moving to OKC a fe days prior. I am relocating from California, so this will be quite an adventure. Hope to see you there!
