Additional info & updates

I have documented my history of poor standarized test performances. (A 19 on my ACT) and hope my GPA will make up for some portion of my lousy LSAT score. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Good Luck to Everyone!

5-19-07 Well I've decided to go to Pacific. By far the best fit for me.

I can't believe no one's posted on your comment board yet. I'll be the first to say congrats to you! I came across you via your Southwestern acceptance (just got mine this evening!). I, too, have a history of poor standardized tests (I think my first ACT was a 21. I somehow managed a 27 on my second try, but it was a painful average for me). I wrote an addendum in all of my applications. So far, so good. Anyway, good luck on all your other applications, and congratulations on the acceptances (and scholarships!).

Thanks! I think that I would pick Santa Clara because of their proximity to Silicon Valley--I'm interested in corporate and international law.

Neither right now

I'm not sure yet, Id like to stay in southern california, but if i had to choose between Santa Clara and UoP, it would probably be Santa Clara because of $$ and location.

Congrats on long list of acceptances with good $$$. I saw among visitors' comments nice words about Nebraska after which I look at it more seriously. Who knows, maybe we will meet there.

I just found out from Gonzaga too. They sent me an e-mail to some admitted students online chat. Strange, but glad to know I was accepted.

What about Pacific impressed you, I see you got some $, is that for all 3 years or is it just the first year? Barring you get in at UT or UNLV, Gonzaga is a good school, so is Nebraska, but I see you live in UT are you planning on coming back to UT or working in CA or what? Just trying to figure things out, called UNLV they still said I could hear in the next couple weeks. Good luck maybe I will see you this fall.

Hey congrats on Pacific! I moved to the Sac area last week. Are you going to be living close to the campus? We moved quite a bit south of the campus.
