I don't know actually. Probably Georgetown, on the other hand if I got in to NYU or Columbia it would be hard to walk away from that, so I'm not really sure. It probably depends on the $ situation at each school I get into.
about Duke. We have such similar numbers, I am suprised. Did they waitlist you or defer you?
oh wow. you already heard from duke... does that mean i should hear in about 3 days? could you possibly be psychic as well as ordinarily brilliant? please? I hope Bill likes me. Did you get any other notification that you were going to hear from Duke early?
Thanks, I hope that you hear from G'Town soon! My online status still says complete, not decision, so I was pretty suprised to get the letter (so I just gave you an excuse to obsessively check your mailbox). I posted my numbers now so you can check them out and see how I stack up ;)

i'm surprised that you've heard from florida already. how did they notify you? you seem to be the first person to get a decision.
Sorry you've had some bad luck this cycle. Looks like coming from a large public school is hurting you just like me. You've still got some great choices though.

Go Bulls! Georgetown and NYU are both great schools (I was accepted to an MA program at the latter). Good luck with the rest. With a crew like this, USF will be top in the state in no time!

W&M, and for that matter American, must be yield protecting in your case. That, or they're just stupid. I wasn't at all upset by BC, as I want to stay in the south anyway. I'm pretty set on UGA: it's not Florida (which I'm really sick of), it has a good rep, they're giving me $, and it's pretty. Have you made a final decision? Also, I have a suspicion I may be acquainted with you -- do you work with Dr. M?
