Thanks for the comment. Good luck with GSU. Hopefully you'll hear something positive soon.

Nope, they aren't.

But race isn't the only means by which someone can be considered a minority.

Good luck

I take the LSAT tomorrow actually and I'm trying to remain calm. I am 35 and my old GPA is hurting me. I'm not sure what my total cumul. will be from LSDAS but my cum at Undergrad school is a 3.3. My GPA at my current school is a 3.89. We'll see. I took hope they overook stupidity from my younger years. And who knows maybe being an old fart can't hurt :o)

HEY

Actually I canceled my LSAT score. I choked. I was so afradi of my score so I canceled. The section I did the worst on....I heard it was unscored. BUMMER. I am scheduled to take it again in December. I will let you know how I do then. I just seriously thought I was not as prepared as I should have been. I'd rather explain a cancelation than have to deal with a bad score. Ya know? Good luck with your scores. Are you going to the open house at State November 11th? I am :o)

Good Luck!

I'm hoping we BOTH get into to state and can meet each other and have class there. (Crosses fingers) Let's hope we hear from them soon.

Rejection

To GA State. :( It came today in the mail. I'm going to go on and get my Masters and reapply next year. Do some major practicing and bring that LSAT up another 5 points or so. I think JM is a risk since it is provisional and SO expensive. Mercer is too far for me. Good luck!

Congrats!

Nice job on JM. Maybe I will see you there.

Yeah so

I looked you up just to see what your posted. You didn't give any info! I really think you should cast a wider net and reapply in the fall. Or just go to JM, rock everyone's socks off, and transfer. I know you can do it.

Hey...I noticed that you are also accepted at JM. Do you know anything about the provisional status and when they expect to be fully accredited? I will be attending the open house this Saturday, but was wondering if you knew anything. Thanks!

I think I'm going to ask some questions this weekend. My original plan was to go there for a year and try to transfer to GA State, but if they won't accept JM transfers, then I'll have to come up with a new plan. I'll let you know if I find anything out.
