I have no doubt you'll get into Penn State. You're brilliant and beautiful. Any law school would be blessed to have you as a student.

i got accepted eariler this month and i am going to check it out last week of feb. I hope i like it. Have you made a visit?

DePaul

Good job! I went to DePaul for my undergrad, so staying for law school would mean not having to move (a plus) so I am leaning that way right now. If you like an urban environment (which comes with downsides like no parking, high rent, and noise...fully outweighed by all the pluses of living in a big city) you'll love it here! Feel free to email me with any questions if you want.

Nice job on the full ride as well man! If it wasn't for the full ride my decision would be down to either Buffalo or Syracuse. But the full ride is, from what I've been told, not that common and it will certainly be nice in the long run. I'll know much more after the Albany open house next weekend. Are you planning on attending? They're having a special breakfast before the open house for the ppl that received the scholarships.

You and I both were accepted to Cal Western, but I didn't receive a dime in scholarship money. How could that be? We have the same lsat score and my lsdas gpa is slightly higher (3.64). And they give you $45,000!!Something is askew my friend, askew indeed. I am in no way blaming you, however. In fact, I offer my most heartfelt congratulations. I only wish those tight-wads would have anted up some cash for little 'ol me. Good luck.

I would advise you to choose Kent. I'm going there in the Fall. There are plenty of people that choose to go to better schools, even though they don't offer them as much money. The fact is, you'll make the money back in the long run in the future by going to a better school. Good luck.

Yes, I do like Kent. It's a fine school. We'll see. Maybe if we are both in chicago we can hook up?

congrats

on all these schools and money. wow. i think that's great. i might see you at one of these schools. i hope it's kent. why did you not apply to loyola? i thought they were the best after u of chi and nw?

Good luck

to you at Kent. And congrats on the $ too. Its always nice. By the way, I think you made a wise choice not just going with the school that offers the most $$. There is ALWAYS a catch. Anyway, good luck and much success as a 1L.

higherlearning -- Kent was recently named the third best law school in Chicago...you can verify on the US News and World Report site. Kent's listed as #65 and Loyola's #69

I'll be there in the fall, but I'm going to be in the evening program. Sometimes I have my regrets about being part of that program, rather than trying to get into the day, but you can always switch programs after one year, so I think it's going to be ok.

Hows is AA treating you

AHH, affirmative action is on your side. Too bad there are thousands of white people who really deserve your spot.
