Congrats! How'd you find out? I got a crappy email that the image barely worked. Will I be seeing you there next year?

I did offer an explanation of the first score. Basically, there was a great deal of job-related stress (new teacher stuff). I was also sick (102 fever), but I didn\\\'t mention that...because I was sick the second time as well...the oct. lsat is smack in the middle of teacher flu season...

Congrats!

On all your acceptances. If it is between the three you listed, I'd say Stanford all the way! Congrats again, those are amazing acceptances!

we really are #s twins, lol. your cycle has gone much better than mine, but then again, your ECs are much much better. i basically have a good PS, amazing recs, good WE, and a good UG transcript, but little ECs. the ECs are prolly what gave you the advantage over me, plus my 2nd score was the Feb LSAT, which not all the schools accepted (Stanford) and some schools didn't get in time (NYU). but anyway, congrats on your apps. you've got some incredible choices to make. :o) since you asked, i really like wake, but i'm waiting on duke & vandy. and now i'll have to think about uva as well. *grin* i'm not sure why they accepted me and WL you. the only thing i can think of is that i emphasize my southern heritage a bit. i dunno.

I'm 60/40 between uva/nyu after visiting uva. I'm sure vising nyu in a week will put that back at 50/50. how about yourself?

weird...

Yeah, 12/24 is my birthday...not only that...our majors look eerily similar. Congrats on your acceptances! I'm still waiting on NYU...what's up with them? wish me luck ;-)

ha!

That's so funny! I live on amsterdam. :-D Congrats on all your acceptances, by the way (I don't think I said that in the last note)! You have some amazing schools to choose from. You should shoot me an email, and we can commiserate about the process, haha.

Thanks...

for your message. I am leaning toward Minnesota as of late. I think you should give some serious consideration to Stanford if you want to go to school out West, and NYU/Columbia should be your clear choice if you want to stay in NY.

Withdraw!!

Sounds like Cornell is no longer an option for you -- PLEASE withdraw to help out the rest of us! Thanks! And congrats on some great acceptances!

How are you

looking for a place? I got accepted late and so of course have missed the housing lottery.

ooh, i did tfa as well!
Tuesday, May 16 2006 at 08:00 PM

i'm just curious, since i know that you're probably no longer checking this, but really, how much do you think tfa helped you in getting in? do you know anyone else who applied after tfa? i just don't know how much it will help... let me know when you get a spare moment. congrats on stanford- :) kristen

wow, all of these acceptances give me hope! I'm writing an addendum for the lsat, but I don't have a good reason- just studied more/more confident and I underperformed the first time. I hope the addendum won't hurt me...
