How did you find out you were deferred? I applied at roughly the same time but I have yet to hear anything. Right now I would more than welcome a deferral, at least its not a rejection!

lay off my boy there! He's brilliant and talented, and Harvard would be lucky to have him. PS he's a looker, too :)

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I'm 99% sure I'll go to Columbia if I get in. I have a friend who's a 2L there and she loves it. BTW I'm not nearly as confident about Harvard as you are. Maybe if they just decide to count my major GPA or last semesters grades I'd have a much better shot.

For my own reasons, I'm actually leaning towards Columbia over Harvard. Regardless, I will withdraw from the remaining schools as soon as I make a decision.

withdrawing
Monday, November 07 2005 at 07:00 PM

I will withdraw from Columbia as soon as I recieve their scholarship offer if it is less than a Hamilton and the chances of me getting money from Columbia are slim and none, but I feel as if I need to see what they have to say.

Good Luck!

Hey, I notice that we applied to many of the same schools and have had many similar results. Also, our numbers are very similar as well. Good luck to you and keep me posted. Any further word from Harvard-phone call? Best, CB
