I'd sell my family for a full ride to Hofstra. Do you have any advice on how I can market myself to get some bucks? Thanks :)
...That is a lot of aps. I thought I was bad with 29. Anyway, we are applying to alot of the same schools (of course who isn't with you). Good luck!
that is alot of schools and so far you are batting 100%. You go on with your bad self, hahah. Good Luck!

...Right now I am waiting for all my information to come back. Where I go really depends on two factors: 1) Can I afford the school - Scholarship $$$ comes into play here. And 2) Can my wife find employment at the school's location.
Do you have to maintain a 3.0 or a 3.3 or anything for the DePaul scholarship?
Did syracuse notify you about the scholarship in the same envelope as the acceptance letter?
I did really want to go to Syracuse- I thought they'd offer me *something*- but they didn't. So, I'm having second thoughts.
for the encouragement, definately appreciated. I still have some great options so I'm optimistic. Good luck to you on the rest of your apps and congrats on your accepts. Maybe i'll see you round pitt next year.
I'm originally from MA, and I came out here to the west coast for my undergrad. Now I'm ready to move closer to home.
congrats on tulane..do you think acceptances have gone down because of the problems?
i am very impressed with your dedication..i feel like this process has really killed me..congrats on temple and tulane - great job
hi what did you write about in your ps - just curious..
sounds like a great essay...
Congrats on Kent! I went to visit last week and I was very impressed. Good luck with the rest of your apps.
Tulane and miami were quick accepts from when it was complete to acceptance - did they send you a completion email?? Congrats on all the acceptances.
I have to say that the best law school to choose is the one where you would most likely practice. If you like IL, you should go to school out there. Like Boston or Philly? Choose schools in those states. NE's co-op opportunities are a bit better than Drexel's. They actually have a few circuit court justices sign up, and they encourage you to go to different areas of the country. Your classmates have lived extrordinary lives with many previously in the peace corps or as activists. It's pretty liberal as is the town, but that might not be a problem for you. Being outnumbered as a guy on all campuses is nice too. Brooklyn law is a very good school although our dean is leaving there to come to us. Denver University is the elite school of Colorado, you will be recognized by every firm in the state, and you may like to go skiing every weekend. Marquette is well respected for the city of Milwaukee and Foley & Lardner (1,400 attorneys world wide) recruits from there ($96,000 starting). I like a challenge, am unafraid of taking risks, and want to make an impact without kissing the butt of the 3rd year students. These reasons and that I want to practice in the 3rd circuit have motivated me to take Drexel. If it comes between Nova and Temple, choose Temple. That's just my opinion. Good luck!
hey congrats on the acceptances, but hey if your not planning to attend penn state, could you please withdraw your application so us waitlisters have a shot...lol thanks!
Hope to see you at Tulane!
Congrats on Nova, I'm sure you'll be happy there. I am pretty pumped as well. When do you think we should start looking for apartments and do you have any suggestions on where to live? (you never left me your email address.)
I have a bunch of the same schools as you. I heard early from Marq. but haven't heard anything since. I was hoping to hear from Miami and Hofstra before Christmas, but I guess not. Good luck with the rest.
