Just wondering why you would go to La Verne over Cal Western?

To be quite honest I would really pick Cal Western over La Verne...but again I completely understand your point of view. SD is a great place to live, I grew up there and Cal Western is right downtown.

Before going to calwestern, be aware of their policy for academic dismissal. They grade students using a GPA that ranges from 54 to 95, if you don't average 74 you are out. That is pretty much a C average in my opinion.

Can't believe chapman put you on the waitlist, you think appying early hurt your chances?

Yeah, I got waitlisted for the PT southwestern program. We do have similar #'s, strange how I got rejected (not even waitlisted) for CW though. Good luck too, maybe we'll both end up at SW.

At least you have heard something, I think being on the waitlist is as good as in at SW. Many accepted applicants will not attend. I am sick of waiting accept me or reject me already its been six months!

Yeah...damn SW! I was pretty bummed out about it. I didn't apply PT there or anywhere for that matter. Maybe I should of. It's great that you did get waitlisted to USF and SW. I hope you get into both.

Im orginally from so cali but I moved to the bay area a few months ago. I guess I dont really have a first choice right now, but SW, UOP, or UNLV, are my top choices.

Well I was finally waitlisted. I guess your chances are a little better now since I asked to be removed from list... Just kidding. One less person to compete with!

Well look on the bright side...at least you've heard...I still haven't heard one word from those people!!! I don't know what their problem is; they're as bad as UNLV. It seems like the admissions committees at some schools just sit around and do nothing with their time but....well...won't even go there...but they do everything but work it seems...I'd rather have a waitlist letter than no letter at all...I think it's ridiculous...but good luck to you...SW seems to have a lot of withdrawals, so you should be OK to get off the waitlist. I read a post from you informing an applicant to bug Southwestern and let them know you will attend without hesitation. How exactly did you go about this? I have sent multiple letters, and am touring the school this week any suggestions? I am waitlisted for full-time program but would accept any program. Did you list PT as your #1 option? How did they notify you? Thx 4 help

which classes do you have? I'm not sure if all of the evening students have the same classes??? Anyways, get back to me when you can. We have less than a week left.
