Yep, I'm gonna wait it out until the very end because I really want ND!!! I'm hoping for the best but understanding my chances.
how did you apply to 3 schools early decision? i always thought you could only apply to one since your acceptance is binding. thanks!
thanks for the reply! gl this cycle.
Sorry it took so long, but I emailed you the letter I sent.
I don't know what your numbers are, but if you got into W&L they're probably a lot higher than mine, so I would take the lack of decision as a good sign. I mean, I'm most certainly headed for an auto-reject. Everyone who's been rejected so far has had the same index number as I. Plus, if I got accepted, it would be the first 163 non-URM LSAT to be accepted at Vandy in like the history of LSN.
Vandy has taken URMs with MUCH lower LSATs than yours, and not substantially higher GPAs. Frankly, I'm shocked you didn't get into G-town with that score.
Just out of curiosity, why post an account if you aren't going to post numbers, why not just wait until your cycle is over and then make an account? Anyway, congrats on acceptances, I don't know how good the acceptances without numbers, but congrats either way!
You have some awesome acceptances under your belt! I hope I fare the same as you at WUSTL/W+L/UC-Boulder! I wish they would hurry up with their decisions already! BEST OF LUCK WITH THE REST OF THE CYCLE! GREAT JOB SO FAR! And remember BC is where it's at...."Sucks to BU"
I actually just applied to BU because I didn't think I had enough schools already (j/k obviously)! I am a BC alum from UG so if you have any questions just email me and I will respond to the best of my ability. As for BU, I don't know much except that I partied there often and that it is, in fact, near the city and the home of the SOX! Talk to ya soon, shoot away with any questions about the heights!
here is my email!
I bought a car and all my apartment furniture right out of school last year. Then I decided I wanted to go to law school. So I need to work while I go to school to pay all of this stuff off. If I get into Tulane or Baylor, then I might consider trying to defer for a year and then go full-time.
Yeah. I'm almost definitely going there - barring some unforseen event (like getting into Duke, etc.) Good luck with your cycle.
on notre dame! good luck with everything!
Congratulations on your cycle; any advice for URM applicants?
Do you mind describing what you received in the ND waitlist? Was it through e-mail or regular and what did they say about the "provisional list"?
