Thanks for the comment - good luck with Boalt - I hope that good news is on the way for you! regarding your question - I am still undecided. I like UChicago, but Michigan offered $$ I am pretty much 100% NYU or Columbia if I get into one of them though.
I've heard from several people (one a good friend) that Santa Clara is generous with the $. I don't know if you're interested but you still have time (3/1). Good luck with one of the UC's but Berkeley in particular! I bet you'll get some $ from someone.
good luck! i'd try usc though. they have said i am under consideration for money and we have similar numbers.
so much for all the feedback and comments! I am starting to feel like I didn't apply to enough schools, maybe I will check out Santa Clara/USC guess I'll have to be quick about it. As for UCLA, I'm not holding my breath.
Good luck for the rest of the season. Do I notice a theme in the places to which you've applied? MIGHT you want to stay in Cali? ;)

They sent an email informing me that I received a scholarship about a week after I was admitted and then I got a letter about a week after that telling me the amount.
Your Boalt ding has me pretty depressed (we're pullin in the same index). I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your UCLA app.

Nope...just some financial aid paperwork and a letter saying they'll make scholarhip decisions later. I don't think I could afford it without a scholarship. But I'm still holding out for a UC :)
