I applied straight out of undergrad, and I graduated early, so I was very young while applying.
Happy about the sweep and about YLS (especially since I applied so late in the cycle), but chose HLS because it was a better fit. Yale felt too small for me.
Deferred for a year.
Scholarship $ is merit-based.

interview Tuesday, November 6th, 2007 at 12:38 am
It was pretty informal. He started with "whats been keeping you busy lately". Then asked me 2 or 3 questions about my application. I think I kinda babbled and definitely didn't sound too bright. We'll see how important these things are.
Congrats! Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 at 2:21 pm

I'm also down to the Stanford and Yale apps. I understand your struggles ;)
Down to one Monday, December 10th, 2007 at 7:03 pm
It looks like both of us are now down to Yale. I can only hope my cycle goes as well as yours has so far. Is the Yale 250 holding you up?
p.s. You seem to be very impressive beyond your numbers. You need to get that 250 in and complete your clean sweep.

Congrats to you too! You have some amazing schools to choose from already! I am still waiting on a few more schools which are my first choices so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Is your first choice Harvard?
I understand... Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008 at 11:06 am
I freaked out and submitted something that probably wasn't ready because I couldn't stand waiting anymore.
Congrats! Please Withdraw Sunday, January 13th, 2008 at 7:50 pm

Question Tuesday, April 15th, 2008 at 5:44 pm
Hey... I'm a college student considering graduating a year early also. Would you mind sharing your extracurriculars and background? You can just email me if you like. I'm trying to gauge my chances of getting into a top school. Do you think getting out early gave you a whiz-kid appeal or anything like that? Thanks a million.
Why no Stanford? Sunday, March 8th, 2009 at 5:59 am
Just curious as to why you didn'nt apply to Stanford...or NYU or Penn, for that matter. Not that you needed to, but I'm curious about your thought-process.
