i went to santa clara this weekend, and it was by far the best school i've seen yet, it blew even pepperdine out of the water. Regardless, i've decided that pepperdine, pacific and scu are all the same in terms of standing and job outlooks. you're going to get a decent education and you're going to have to work hard in order to compete in the job market. i'm basing my final decision on the 1. where i feel most comfortable and 2. cost. pacific is giving me money, the area is cheap and i really enjoyed the atmosphere... i went to the scholars weekend on friday and was thoroughly impressed. if you're interested in more info, i'll be posting my thoughts on my visit later today.

Withdrawing

How do I go about withdrawing from schools? I'll be withdrawing from Whittier and University of the Pacific, and Santa Clara. I'll probably be withdrawing from Southwestern after I visit the campus. But again, How do I go about withdrawing? Do I just send back that card thing included in the admittance saying that I won't be applying?

nice.

Pepperdine

Just a thought, Pepperdine is extremely religious, to the point where I find it intrusive (I was very turned off by them after attending a graduation there where singer Pat Boone recieved an honorary law degree and in his speech suggested "throwing some justices into the ocean"). I don't know if that matters to you but SCU, USF, Loyola, and UoP, which are also religious schools, dont seem to have as much of an agenda.

Yes, I just got it in the mail today. They offered an on-campus interview a month ago, but I declined.

I got an email from Jannell asking if i was still interested and that I'll get a decision by today, but i didn't get any email so I called, and She said that a decision's been made, but she can't give it over the phone. Then she said she could tell me that I should be expecting a package, a big evalope, and started laughing. She's funny. So i guess they wouldn't send a package telling me I got rejected rite? lol. Anyways, looking forward to meet you. my sn is derbis02 if you have AIM and wants to chat.

thanks
