Nice job on the acceptances! Have you received any scholarship information?
dang well i would hope 40 practice tests would do it! was that your first time taking the exam, or had you taken it on a previous occasion?
I appreciate your helpful comments and positive encouragement. I wish you the best of luck in your cycle and look forward to continuing this dialogue as the cycle progresses. Cheers, Lori
Good going man now let that scholarship $$$ start pouring in! If you dont mind me asking, did you take a LSAT prep class or did you study on your own? Thanks
Hello, Again! Did you letter indicate the monetary amount or just state "full scholarship?" kthxbye,
I'm not quite too sure about that, to be honest. There is something hugely, I mean vastly, appealing about getting a JD for free. What about you? Would you pass it up?
Thank you for the compliment! It looks like you're having a very successful cycle yourself! I'm not applying to CCN for a few reasons, mainly having to do with the locations of the schools. I am very averse to cold weather, and I don't think I would be happy living in NYC for various reasons. I know a lot of people would probably scoff at those reasons for not applying, but I know myself and I know that I'd be much happier at most of the other schools on my list! A few on my list I'm still debating, but will probably end up applying because of fee waivers and the like. Also, I'm fairly sure I want to end up either on the west coast or in the south, hence the heavy emphasis on those two areas.
Wow! You have a phenomenal profile and an inspiring success story. Just browsing through profiles and noticed all of your acceptances and wanted to say congrats. I hope things work out perfectly for you!
Thank you and Congratulations to you! You've done so well! I am truly happy for you. Where will you go?
I really think you should apply to Stanford. I have a good feeling that you would get in and that they would love to have you. Or perhaps the other 2/3 of the law school Trinity back east.
Thank you for your kind words! I love NY, and I haven't lived there full-time for a while, so it would be nice to have a reason to go back. That being said, I think I'll take the best school that gives me the best funding within the top ten (unless I get into Y or S, then I'll take either irrespective of scholarship considerations). What's your top choice? Your cycle is shaping up quite nicely as well so far, and you have great stats! Keep on with your keeping on. :-)
Thank you for your kind words! Congrats on your accomplishments and your cycle so far! You have some great offers. I fence in college, but I used to ice skate. I hope you keep having an amazing cycle!
Thanks for your nice comment! :) I am so unbelievably nervous now; I don't want to wait 1-3 months to hear back, lol. I am also getting anxious to just start law school already! Best of luck! Can't wait to hear where you decide!
Thank you so much! These past two weeks have been crazy but incredible! It seems like I'm going to be making some tough decisions pretty soon though, at least if some scholarships I'm looking towards work out...
on your amazing cycle!! We have similar backgrounds so I am definitely rooting for you... First to go to college and hopefully first to go beyond! What's your first choice?
You, sir, are killing it. I don't even know you but based on your info I'm extremely proud of you.
You're welcome. You've had fantastic acceptances -- testament to a fantastic app--and you deserve the congrats. If I attend the NYU ASW it will the one in mid-April. Like many LS applicants, it's hard for me to take time off work so I don't know if all ASW's will be possible! What about you?
Dude you rocking it. It sucks the two you got wait listed at are the two ASW I'm going to. It would have been nice to meet you. We have eerily similar backgrounds and LSAT scores, even our paralegal background. Maybe I'll get in NYU and see you at their thing. Hopefully you'll get more money at your top choices have good weekend man.
Just noticed you are in at Columbia. Congrats my friend! That is an amazing accomplishment for anyone! I'm a Columbia undergrad and would be happy to answer questions about the are/campus for you. :)
Loved reading your additional info! It is always inspiring to hear stories over persons whom have overcome adversity. Congrats on a wonderful cycle and a bright future! God bless! Phil 4:13
Aww, thank you. I hope Michigan thinks I'm a nice person too. :)
Congrats on a great cycle. Good luck at Columbia!
What a great cycle, I just saw your story and props to you man. I might join you at Columbia, congrats again!
Hello I have the same GPA and am working to get an LSAT around your score. I was wondering, if you could tell me about more in regards to your PS and other softs. What makes you stick out? Again, C o n g r a t s ! ! !
Hi Hopeful, I'm an African-american womyn, and I definitely wanted to hear more about your story. I feel like I have some notable extracurricular activities. I'm really trying to get into Stanford. Thanks, Saa'un
Hey there! Congratulations on your accomplishments thus far! I am planning to retake the LSAT in February, do you have any study tips? Good luck with everything!
