I got complete by applying early. Basically, my complete status means that the school has requested my report and/or has contacted me and said that my application was complete. Every school listed has requested my report, and most schools have personally contacted me and told me that my application was complete. I was done applying to all schools mostly before October with the exception of Cornell. Most of the time, if I had the option of typing my application on the computer in a writable PDF and mailing it, I did that. I'm not sure I like that fact that it takes the LSAC 7-10days to send a paper copy of my application. Some schools, like Stanford don't consider you complete until they get that paper copy. I also opted for using an electronic application on the school's website instead of LSAC. I figure they'll be able to get it and print it faster. adora.
Did you get any fee waivers? All in all, you're def. going to get iato at least some, if not most of those schools.
Early submissions = good idea. Hope all goes well!
I was notified by mail. There were about 4 pages in the envelope with instructions on how to secure my spot in the class of 2009.

yeah, pretty hard to turn down Harvard -- congrats (again)! And you should think about withdrawing from the others as soon as possible, to help the rest of us out....

Great Job on Stanford.... also if you are not considering any of the schools you have been accepted to can you withdraw please.. I am on hold at a Columbia and still waiting on Stanford so if you know you are not going there can you please withdraw.. I know it probably will not change it completely for me but if a few people do it maybe it could help.. or at least help someone.. thanks once again great job..

that you're going to sweep this cycle? Let's see, you've got a good GPA, a strong LSAT score, URM status and you're complete everywhere earlier than early. If you don't sweep, then there's no hope for any of us.
