Hey there, yeah they give a huge preference for in-state students so I'm not surprised I heard so quickly. According to those listed on LSN, it has only been about 5 accepted. I'm not too sure other than that though. Has your status checker changed to decision rendered yet?
Yeah, I'm sure you'll find out by the end of this month or the beginning of next at the latest. I applied to UNM as a safety and would really like to move/practice in Co. so I think it's about my 4-5. However, the tuition for in-state is really good so I may have to reconsider. Is it your top?
That's exactly how I feel about NM. I do love Albuquerque, but I think it is time for a change. But, Colorado is only about 5 hours away so I'm not making such a drastic move. Are you ready to move cross country?
Hey i just got a second email from WVU today telling me how to check my status and the status checker said i have a letter on the way. My status checker hasn't changed and the letter wasn't titled. Any ideas what this is about? Have you seen anything similar?
No I just counted the days. It first went into review on 1/27/10 then for some reason changed to 2/1/10. I just looked at the calendar and started counting the days. I just got two emails from wvu though. The admission lady said files stay in review for about four weeks but the process is taking longer because of the new system and snow. I just got another one about the deadline being pushed back to Mar 6 to accept Feb LSAT score and test that were rescheduled due to weather. I'm def going with the assumption they haven't recieced alot of applicants or just not enough of the ones they want.

Congrats on getting into Elon! I got a big white envelope in the mail a day or two after my status checker changed and scholarship stuff came a little less than two weeks later. They say on their website that it could take up to 4 weeks though.
I don't recall, but it certainly changed from the previous message to "You are admitted." Hope that helps.
Hi there, to be honest I can not recall if it went decision rendered or just to accepted. I do know that they release decisions on Friday afternoons. Hope this helps and good luck
So my status was pooled last night when i checked and i just checked again today and it was changed to accepted. Interesting.

That's really weird. My decision date is still 3/3 so I don't know what they were doing with us and the pooled/accepted quick turnaround. I also got the class of 2013 email and my login information doesn't work either. I had a login for another school and it took about 3 days for it to start working...so I'm hoping within the next couple of days our login info will start working for us.
I also am unable to access their site, even though I was accepted. I sent the Admissions an e-mail and will call tomorrow. Let me know if you have any luck with the site. Best of Luck with your cycle.
I applied back in October. I've been "In Review" since 2/1/10. It's the weirdest thing.
I was placed in the pool status this past week as well. I don't know really what the hell it is, but I hope they make a decision on me soon. haha. Congrats on your acceptance though.

No, my status checker went straight to decision rendered from application complete. Then, it took about 2-3 days for them to mail the decision letter, and another 2 or so days for me to receive the letter. Good luck! I hope you hear from them soon!!
