Hi, Lin; Yes, the status checker gave my complete message on 11-03. The offer of admission came in a business sized cream-colored envelope in today's mail. Any merit money offers are to be mailed two weeks after the admissions letter was mailed. HOpe this helps, Joflo2005
Great job on Notre Dame (with $$ at that)...and big congrats on the many of your other acceptances.
congrats on penn, I assume the date is a mistake but no biggie. How did you hear?
Same numbers...acceptance into Penn differed by only about 2 minutes...cool...
Congrats on your Penn acceptance!!! How did you find out? Did you submit any additional material after your deferral letter?
Congrats!!!! Did you submit additional materials after your deferral? Is so, what did you send?
Thanks for the congrats, guys. I actually didn't send in any additional materials and was contacted by phone and email about the decision.

Actually forgot: did send a cover letter with an acceptance letter for a D.C. internship...as a follow-up after deferral from Penn.
wow! the first of the deferred to be admitted! congratulations? any idea where you're leaning towards - michigan, penn?...
is this joseph florence?
I'm really struggling with the decision: Penn, UMich, and UVA (and Cornell, for that matter) are all enticing, each in its own way. And, no, I'm not Joseph Florence...
Cornell indicated that they would like to talk with me, but I had to initiate the phone call. Apparently, they have two days a week on which they do phone interviews, so I called in response to their indication of continued interest and set up a phone interview with them.
Hey -- Just wanted to tell YOU good luck as well and again, congrats on the Baylor scholarship.
