We are almost numbers twins! May I ask why you aren't applying to more schools?

Tuesday, April 19 2011 at 08:00 PM

Tuesday, April 19 2011 at 08:00 PM

Tuesday, April 19 2011 at 08:00 PM

I guess they're making a push for higher stats.

I applied Dec. 22. I was kinda screwed over by the LSAC with my fee waiver. I would have applied a whole month earlier if it was not for their horrible stipulations. I appealed my fee waiver. Thought I would pay for some apps out of pocket. Only to find out that when you appeal, there is a hold placed on your account and it is not lifted until the appeal is resolved. Yet, they took my money... so my apps sat even though they got paid.

Hey I applied in late Oct, my numbers are low so I wanted to get them out ASAP...you're numbers are really good I am surprised that SCU rejected you....Good luck with your cycle!

Unfortunately no WL from Davis. But I did get onto the WL at Hastings. I just hope this cycle is much better for me. Even if its not, I will not give up.

Thanks! Good luck to you too! What are your top choices? My priorities in choosing are 1) job prospects 2) funding and 3) location. Both UW and UCI have that for me, so does Illinois. I'm still waiting to hear back from the other schools.

Hey I applied to Chapman really early like October and I was waitlisted in early January. Pending on what Western offers me I am going to wait it out at Chapman. They could and probably will say no but you never know. Going to keep my chin up on this...hopefully they need more Spanish speakers. You never know :) Good luck with your LSAT score Im sure you'll get into some amazing schools!

Your LSAT score is super high why go part-time? Its like 7.000 more to go full-time and in the scheme of things is cheaper...Good luck!

Hey, I withdrew my application from Chapman because I would need big dollars from them to put them ahead of Tulane, imo. The fact that they put me on the waitlist most likely means no money.

Thanks man. I will probaby take an acceptance from Hastings to sway me away from Tulane. Although I must say that Howard has its intrigue with its national reach and job placement success. Congrats on USF! That is a very good option. There will be many more acceptances for you, as well.

They gave me the bad news via email.

If I do not hear back before April 15 I am just going to withdraw and accept at Illinois or Wake Forest. I can't bet everything on a waitlist.

Thank you! Hang in there, at least they held on to you. And you're also waiting to get back from USC, right? I'm 99.9% I'm going :)

Hey! Well, my decision has to be partially scholarship based, but I think right now I'm most excited about attending UCI. I'm really hoping that when I receive the acceptance packet in the mail there will be an offer along with it. Where are you hoping you'll end up? Good luck!

top choice
Thursday, January 05 2012 at 07:00 PM

i can't really say i have one so far. but funding is going to be a huge factor for me since i plan to pursue public interest work after school. what about you?

Tuesday, December 13 2011 at 07:00 PM

No I'm either going to western or Whittier since its the cheapest way to go. I applied to sw part-time because of the la traffic. I'm not sure where I'm going. I really like both. Any thoughts????
