Extra Curricular Information

EC...better than the average bear.

I wrote an excellent, but a potentially high risk personal statement. I believe this either helped me differentiate myself from other applicants or resulted in a ding!

Here we go!

LSN has been a great help for me during my law school application process. Therefore, I hope my profile will help those that are in the same position I was a few months ago. Gluck to all, and I hope I am helpful.

* I know I applied to many schools. At the time, I was nervous I wouldn't get into any schools. Therefore I went a little crazy. However, now that I've given it more thought, I know that I'd like to stick around the North-East/Mid-Atlantic region.

Additional info & updates

Would have loved it, but can't afford Wisconsin.

LSAT

I studied on and off for about 5 months. I would take the Nova book with me and read/do exercises on my way to and from work, as well as evenings and weekends. I would do tests in the evenings under actual conditions (at my kitchen table). I think that helped me to concentrate on test day. Good luck when you take it!

We have very similar numbers but the only school we're both applying to is IU-B, and I don't even know if I'll apply there for sure. Regardless, I'll be watching your profile. Good luck!

congrats to you too!

Tulane Financial Aid E-mail
Friday, January 05 2007 at 07:00 PM

Hi, I was wondering if you got an e-mail from the Tulane financial aid office? The e-mail talks about applying to outside scholarships and that more info on the financial aid process will come shortly. I am thinking that maybe everyone got this who applied, but I am uncertain.

Thank You
Friday, January 05 2007 at 07:00 PM

Okay, thanks for the response. Maybe it is because I filed my FAFSA recently and sent them a report. Hope we both get in!

did you get your acceptance package for UF in the mail yet? I got the accepted student day email, and the follow up saying the packages would go out last Wednesday but no mail yet. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same delay.
