i got an email saying i was complete. how do you like new haven? i'm from ct
On Duke!
Nice way to start the weekend, eh? :)
Alas, just a complete e-mail from Harvard. No doubt that I will be waitlisted at best there. I have some questions about your Northwestern interview. Could you e-mail me knsmith AT gmail.com ?
Also, why did you already withdraw from NW, Duke, Vandy???
Nah, I just got the complete e-mail. I think you're probably just overthinking it, man. If you look at who has been called so far, it's all kids with ultra-high GPAs along with their ultra-high LSATs. While yours and my GPAs aren't bad, we're still below the 25th percentile. In sum, chill!
Good luck and hope you're having a wonderful thanksgiving too my gpa/lsat/school twin! :)
On NYU!
On Michigan!
Why do you think your DS call didn't go so well? I'm confident that you did great and will be in without any issues. You are unbeatable! Keep up the streak and best of luck!
Interview was good -- think I had a pretty good click with the guy (young guy). He was pretty intrigued by my UG major and work experiences; hopefully AdComm's will have the same kind of positive intrigue. I asked a lot of questions about law school in general and not many NW-specific q's. First half of the interview was better than the second half (interview was ~1 hour total). When I told him my LSAT score (he asked early on) he was kind of surprised that I was interviewing at all as he thought the process was really only for borderline candidates. What are your thoughts on NW at this point? Not very high I'm assuming given your TS call. :)
just kind of playing it by ear right now - I have a few that I would LOVE to get into and others that I am so/so on. It will surely be a tough decision when it comes down to it but there are a few that I know if I get into - I will go! I don't know, you just seem like you have your act together I think you will do just fine, I think you are stressing about nothing. I bet you hear back from HLS soon, and good news!
to you too for all of those great acceptances. Good luck this cycle!
Yay for us indeed, and congrats to you!
CONGRATULATIONS!
On Harvard!
On Chicago!
On Columbia!
Congrats!
On Penn!
Actually, I already had you on my watchlist. And you're totally right - it was torture getting them all in, followed by about 10 minutes of relief, and now it's torture waiting. Good luck - hopefully it turns out well for both of us!
