Well, I recieved my LSAT score. While still disappointing it is better than my first atempt. I hope that the schools I have applied to will take my extensive work expierence into account. Its been 20 years since my undergrad.

1/8/11: Under review already at UALR and Tulsa. just a day after scores posted, hope there is good news.

1/13/11: In review at most schools. May send out a few more apps, but pretty much done.

1/17/11: received a letter from University of Arkansas telling me I didnt mmet there minimum critera for accetance based on my LSAT and GPA. I knew that! but I had hoped they would look at the rest of the the app. The letter stated they would not even look at my PS or any other supporting documentation. They wanted me to fill out another paper and they would reconsider the app in april. This kinda hurt considering this was my current state school. I will send the additional paperwork but think its a waste of time.

1/18/11: Rejected from Tulsa I guess I need to get used to it.

1/19/11: Accepted at Florida costal. this provides good feelings after yesterday.

1/20/11: on Hold at Creighton

2/1/11: Withdrew my applicattion from Regent they did not honor their fee waver. I had to email them to find out what the hold up was they said they were waiting on a check. looked on my email have no less than two email fee wavers from them.

2/2/11: Absolutly funny, after Regent recieved my email they sent me a nice one back. they granted my fee waiver and sent my app to committee. Somehow I belive it will be the same result in the end.

2/7/11: Accepted at Jones, actually kinda happy about this. Recently Reived full accreditation from ABA. Bar passage rate is 94% and relitivly close to home.

2/8/11: Accepted OKCU via status checker. Waitlisted at Mississippi College, a little surprised that I didnt get accepted but who knows how any of these schools make a selection.
Waitlisted at UALR kinda suck,s really want this one at least im not out of the game.

2/9/11: Rejected at NKU nice letter though. Decision rendered at Ole Miss, I fully expect a small envelope, dont hurt me let me down easy.

2/10/11: ding, ding regent no surprise and not disappointed. Ole Miss no suprise but a little disapointed

2/11/11: REEEEEEJected by depaul. I am so upset i dont know if i can go on. Just kidding ah no surprise. and not upset.

2/12/11: Rejected at Loyola. a little disapointed. the rejections are coming fast and furious. Im keeping the faith and allowing him to show mw the way.

2/15/11: Large envelope from Capital. nice to break the rejection streak

3/12/11: Accepted to Phoenix and Ave Maria. Decision letter in the mail from Memphis......I hope its a big envelope.

Rejected from Memphis.........Sucks Im really trying to be close to home. this one stung a little

4/10/11: And then there were three. Down to my final three to select from. Suprisingly Ave Maria is leading the pack. Took a visit to St. Thomas and the curve is killer, good luck keeping scholarship.
I dont expect good news from any of my remaining schools this late in the cycle.

4/12/11: Decision made and seat deposit into Ave Maria. Visited the school liked it and the area. Things I have learned through this process. 1: Dont worry about rankings or what a schools reputation is; worry about which school is a good "fit" for you. 2: It does not matter to most schools that your GPA is 20 years old or that your undergrad was considered harder than most. They trully are all about their index.
