Hey, how do you know you want complete at UM? I'm also a 2.9 index there, do you think we've got a chance? I've got a higher GPA than you, but a lower LSAT though.

Not sure what is going on at Chi-Kent. I stop in the office every 3 weeks to check my app status, but still no updates. They keep telling me it's still under review. I suppose that no news is good news with my borderline numbers.

kent, finally

Just got a response (deferred) from Kent. Gave me PT/FT option, same as DePaul. Letter is dated March 24th.

DePaul

The reason I did not apply to DePaul was because there really was no point. I see now they have moved up in the rankings, but they didn't even accept me last year and they sent me a fee waiver after I'd already applied, so that was crap. I wasn't about to pay them another application fee this year. Since I wasn't good enough for them last year, I didn't even bother re-applying this year, because I already knew I had gotten into John Marshall and I had already re-applied to Kent and Loyola and so I just didn't bother wasting my time applying to DePaul. They're moving up in the rankings and are now a T-100 school, but I am much happier with going to Kent anyway and I would never have chosen DePaul over Kent, so I'm glad I didn't waste my money.

Will Trade...

If I get into Kent, I'll trade you for your IU-B spot! I'd give my right nut to get in there!

Kent

Did you do anything specific to be accepted to Kent from a deferral? I would love to go there, but I'm afraid I won't be accepted off my deferral...
