- stewknewgood luck on your cycle. our numbers and schools are pretty similar, so i'll probably keep an eye on your profile to see when you start getting those notifications. when do you think you'll submit your apps?
- logickillsrecs are in, resume is set, paperwork is filled out; i just haven't been able to find the time to knock out the essays. i have a really rough draft of my ps that i'm not too crazy about, but i haven't even so much as looked at the school-specific essays. i'm hoping submit by october 1st, but i dont know. i def hear you on being antsy. i can't wait to just have these things submitted -- out of sight, out of mind haha.

- Katfid54UT is definitely my top choice for matters of location/cost v quality/etc, but I also really like the sound of Duke and I'm going to have really weigh my options.

- granitemuseYeah, it was really nice and she came across very nicely, as well. We only spoke for 40 seconds, but it is definitely a lot more meaningful than a packet in the mail.
- Katfid54congrats on the early acceptance to 3 big time schools. We have fairly similar numbers (mine slightly lower), and I was accepted to UT today. I can't wait to see how the cycle plays out for us. (I too check this stuff way too often).

- daicoI'm actually leaning pretty strongly toward UVa right now--especially after confirming that Texas firms are keen to hire UVa grads. Since I plan on working in Texas, it could be good to get away for a few years, y'know?
