Thanks for the encouragement. This is my second cycle. Last year was 0 for 5. I was dinged so fast they didn't give me a chance to get upset. Keep your head up...good news is just on the horizon!

Here is the deal with Brooklyn, if you get an email, ur in. If a letter was sent by itself, then ur out. I did call them and they informed me that I was rejected, I really wanted to know before hand though. Good luck.

Hey fellow yardie! CLEO's deadline for the pre law institute for this summer unfortunately has already passed on feb 28th. CLEO is the Council on Legal Education Opportunity, they host various programs to prepare students of color for the rigorous challenges of law school. There may be a few other programs you can apply to that may be a bit shorter, just contact them google CLEO, or call them 202-216-4343...they are really helpful and an excellent institute. Even though the deadline has passed I still suggesting contacting them to find out. If you attend some of their programs school such as NY law can reconsider your app, and potentially change ur status from waitlist to acceptance. Hey are u considering accepting that nyls pre-admissions offer. It sounds like a good deal and if u don't like the school maybe u could explore the idea of transferring after. Anyting a anyting....and I hope u get into where u wanna be. Good luck with the rest of ur apps. Bless Up!!!
