10/16/07 - Sent in Tulane, this my second time around the block so we will see what happens. Next applications go out when I get paid...pathetic really.

10/22/07 Sent in Houston. Have FSU, LSU, and UF ready to go. No printer at the house (long story), so I have to wait until I get to work tomorrow.

BTW Pretty unbelievable that Wake Forest requires you to look up traffic violations like speeding and explain them. Wanted this one out soon, but now its going to take time to gather that info...fun, fun.

10/23/07 UF, FSU, and LSU are out, leaving one more to go. Quite a prolific application completer I am.

10/24/07 Miami sent out. Switched with Wake Forest. Chances are better and more realistic that I would actually go there if accepted if my applications play out the way I think they would.

Tulane Application is Complete. The wait begins.

11/1/07 Sent in Northeastern as a late addition to my list, why not?

11/06/07 Well, that was quick. Accepted at Miami, someone is having a good time tonight.

11/09/07 Thin envelope from FSU scared the crap out of me, then I noticed the metallic seal (last year's rejection letter didn't have one) and I am glad to say I was admitted. These letters coming in this close to each other might destroy my liver.

11/10/07 Oh, NOW the thick envelope arrives, thanks Florida State.

11/16/07 GMAT tomorrow, yay! Will be back by the time LSU plays. FSU financial aid info came in mail. UPDATE: I hate the math section, it can die a fiery death.

11/26/07 LSU acceptance letter in thick regular envelope. No surprise here since they admitted me last year with lower numbers. No scholarship info included.

11/28/07 Emailed UF for application status since I hadn't received an update since they received it. Emailed back that I was under review, so a decision letter should come soon.

12/7/07 Called Miami about scholarships. Website message board said to do so if you hadn't received a letter yet. I was not selected and am pretty surprised by that. Disappointing. Guess that first LSAT anomaly really hurt me.

12/10/07 Oh snap, Tulane application just went to committee. Houston updated, in review there as well. That means 3 files in review at same time. This will make or break Christmas.

12/11/07 Got that money, money, money MONEY! From LSU.

12/22/07 Hadn't checked my email in a couple days due to flying home. Find the anticlimatic but ever exciting acceptance to Tulane! Subject read: "Your acceptance to Tulane Law School" Haha.

1/14/08 OK, come on guys, put the letters in the envelopes and put them on their merry way. I'm thisclose to not caring. That winter break was great, but sucked my law school acceptance mojo out of me.

1/17/08 Deferred at Northeastern. Surprised, but not sure if I care. Decision by April on the letter. I'm more worried about my face freezing off than this letter right now.

2/2/08 Groundhog Day! In at H-Town. I wonder if this day is going to repeat itself over and over and over until I make the right decision?

2/21/08 Nothing new to report. Just wanted to mention that I swear Tulane sends me something twice a week lately. Postcards, little emails, etc. While I do feel all warm and fuzzy inside, what would make me feel really good and hop into my birthday suit would be some dollar signs. Is that too much to ask? I swear I have a great body, I promise.

3/25/08 Tulane sent me an email giving me $3,500 a year, which is the most they told me was possible if you got passed up for the initial scholarship offer, so I can't be too upset about that. UF is still screwing around.

3/27/08 UF REJECTED, whatever, I hate Tim Tebow anyways. haha

4/4/08 Northeastern Waitlisted me, who do these guys think they are, Harvard? haha
