All the items on the online status checker say "YES" and have said so for at least 10 days now. I never got any notification that I was complete, though.

Thank you for the support - I do believe we had the same numbers but I think it was smart for both of us to make some slight alterations to our profiles - too easy to be "audited". Who knows, maybe we'll end up at the same place...we'll see, best of luck!!!

Ahh... Perhaps that is why. Also, on my status checker it still says reviewing. So, don't worry too much about the status checker not working properly.

I'm glad that you were able to get information about your file from FSU on the phone, too. I wonder why they aren't updating their status checker? It isn't much good if it isn't up to date, is it? I still haven't received any sort of notice from Stetson although my file should be complete because I sent everything they asked for. I called them once and they told me they were still processing applications for Spring 08...but that was a while ago. Hopefully I will hear from them soon. Seeing that you just heard from them via email makes me feel better. Good luck this cycle. I'll keep an eye on your profile since we have 2 schools in common. 83 is a good index for FSU, you should get in there. I'm not familiar with the stats of the rest. :-)

I'm not too worried about how long it too me to go complete at FSU because I took forever to mail in my application fee and the other paper stuff. Either way, hopefully both of us will hear from them soon. It seems like they've been really on the ball so far this cycle. I like that!

at FSU you will hear in like a week. No worries though as dotlyn said you are good to go with that index number and your soft factors. I was BS/BA too...what were your majors? FSU deferred you? I'm shocked. UF and FSU both seem to be really slow with the admits this year. So far they've only admitted a few very auto-admit people. What's going on with these schools this cycle? It's got me jumpy. :-) Either way...deferral is still good. Good luck with the rest!

yeah, I know! I was kinda upset that I have to pay tuition this semester, but hey, HOPE has payed a lot of money towards my education, and I really appreciate Gov. Zell Miller creating the program back in the 90s!

Thanks for the tip. I keep hearing that, to simulate the Test, as closely as possible & prep w/as many tests as possible. BTW-when did you take the LSAT? (anything I should be wary of for Feb 08?) [My nephew moved to Columbus GA, last year & loves it, but said your state was really hammered by the lack of rain]

haha Yes they definitely emphasised the word 'hold' with bold, capital letters. It was actually pretty refreshing since I assumed I had been rejected due to such a small envelope. At least we can still hold on to hope! :)

Yea I just noticed your index. What did your letter actually say? I really doubt you would be put on the deferred list with an 83... maybe just a temp hold.

I assume that I only went complete a few days ago since I sent my app out 1/08/08. My status checker says "In Process" though. What does yours say? This wait is killing me.

Have you had any success in contacting the admissions office? Every time I call I get the same message, leave my name and number, and never get a call back. It's fucking frustrating!

My account has been active online for the past two weeks, but only after me pestering them a lot about it not being on there. You may want to check with the admissions office again. I got my acceptance from GSU today. My status checker never changed from 'In Process' and the decision came by mail. Good luck and I hope you hear soon.

GSU is my first choice, at the moment. If I get into UTK, I will at least visit though. I have heard great things about their Commercial Transactions program, so it does interest me a little. But, $8k a year is just too good of a value. Denver, Miami, LSU, and Mercer are all out of the running, barring substantial scholarship offers.

Hello! Congrats on Stetson! I haven't heard anything concrete from GSU since they told me my application was complete. I did get those 2 emails yesterday though. I am totally with you though- I am already so stressed out about how I am going to pay for school so I wish I could at least stop stressing about where I am going. What is your number 1? Pending Temple and GSU I am really starting to look at Seattle. Are you planning to go in May for ASD?
