2-12: Waitlisted at Hastings (via e-mail) :( Was going to send a LOCI anyway, so I guess I'll do that sooner than later now. I really want to go here, but I'm bummed that I have to wait even longer for a final decision.

2-20: Yay, Davis! via online status check

4-7: Random, got waitlisted at W&L today (via snail mail)

Made my seat deposit at Davis, staying on Hastings' waitlist.

Thanks for the good tidings! Best of luck to you, and I am sure you will make Hastings (at least!)

Hey Numbers Twin!

Whoa, we're both from the Bay Area too. Good luck with your cycle!!

Good Luck

We're right on the edge of a lot of schools, best of luck to you too! We have a few similar schools, so maybe see you in the fall :)

Hastings

My top choice, realistically speaking, is Hastings. Yours as well, I'm assuming? Maybe, we'll end up in school together?

Bizarro Me?

You seem to have hidden your major and ECs. I notice only because I came on here once before I joined, and you were not just my #s twin, but also my major and EC twin. Weird. It's like you're living my life on the other side of the country.

Close Enough

Philosophy major, dj, and columnist, yes. We didn't have a philosophy club, and my other major was ceramics . . . Pretty random combination of stuff, I think. So to come across someone with all those things in common plus basically the same gpa and numbers was kind of odd. I'll be curious to see where you get in, even though we don't have much overlap in schools.

Good Luck!

It looks like we applied to almost all the same schools and have really similar stats, so I thought I'd wish you good luck! Maybe we'll be classmates in the fall.

Cali or Bust!
Thursday, October 18 2007 at 08:00 PM

Could you tell from the schools I applied to that I'm sick of the Minnesota weather? Cali is definitely my first choice, so hopefully it'll work out for me to go there! Are you hoping to stay there?

this waiting thing is really trying - thank God today is the day the operations start back up and we start hearing again! GOOD LUCK! KEEP ME POSTED!

Congrats at SCU.

Hopefully, we'll be Hastings classmates next year, or classmates at some other great school. Hope your cycle continues to bring you acceptances! Rejections like my GMU rejection can be painful.

congrats

Congrats on BC...as a near numbers twin, I'm happy to see that there is a precedent set for showing some love. Good luck with the rest of this nightmare.

Congrats on BC, numbers and EC twin! Especially since they found room for the both of us (maybe they mixed the two of us up and thought that they were only admitting one person?) ;)

Are you going to the ASW? I have to say I'm intrigued by the idea of meeting my double. I bet that we're totally different in person despite our identical resumes.

Gluck and Thanks!

Thanks for the warm wishes! I just got the good news from BC...I'm sure you'll get into Hastings - at least they better let you in! Congrats on your cycle so far and best of luck!

Good luck and congrats!

Hey number twin, just checking out LSN and seeing that we have similar numbers and applied to a lot of the same places. Congrats on BC by the way, that is awesome! Where are you hoping to go?

That's too bad . . . you missed a great weekend! I actually liked the school and Boston so much that I'm thinking of withdrawing from all my waitlists. Good luck on Hastings (and your pending USC app . . .)

LOL

And two more waitlists today . . . I don't think I'm going to stay on any of them, though. Instate tuition definitely is a good choice. Too bad my state school is UVA!
