Thanks...yea you too good luck with everything. I received a big packet last week, thought it was an acceptance but it was just the FCSL Book and no acceptance letter with it. Kind of bummed but still waiting. Just want at least 1 acceptance so I can feel better knowing im going somewhere. Glad you already received one you must feel good about that.

congrats on the acceptances thus far! i'm rooting for your Wake application. if nothing else at least we're in at coastal! its refreshing to see that someone else applied to a wide range of schools with our numbers...you never know.

Great to see more Boricuas.. We're perhaps the least represented minority group aside from native americans. Humm here's a passing thought... Isn't everyone born and raised in the US a Native American?? In that case NA's would prolly be the most represented group.. Wow you applied to alot of schools, I applaud your ability to look at the screen for that long and focus. At application like 15 I passed out and woke up 2 months later..

hofstra, uconn and syracuse are my top three. but i also love the programs at temple and buffalo! i guess time will help me decide and narrow them down.... hopefully that time will come sooner rather than later!

I would have no qualms about attending any of the schools that I applied to, but I'm really set on going to a school in Los Angeles. Apparently Loyola is still waiting for a hard copy of my transcript, which is driving me crazy at this point. It will probably be 3-5 weeks more for me before decisions start rolling in, but you should be getting the rest of your decisions any day now.

Yes, I did interview. Interview was informal and pleasant. I'm sad they rejected me... Congrats on all your acceptances!

Do you have any amazing soft factors that you think made a difference? I was deferred at Miami as well... sucks. Anyway, what's your number one? Good luck with the rest and congrats again!

It seems we have very similar numbers/work experience. We have alot of schools in common as well. Hopefully you will have better luck at the DC schools then I did. I'm looking at your results as an indicator for my chances at Denver. I'm actually surprised by some of your scholarship offers. Why do you think you received so many?

It seems pretty likely I will end up at Loyola. I went there for my undergrad and had an AMAZING experience. Honestly, I couldnt be more happy to go there....but who knows, admissions at Harvard may get drunk and accidently accept me, you never know!

have you completed your need access application for NYLS and Southwestern?

I submitted it online over a week ago but need access is taking forever to process it. Which school is your top choice?

we have quite a few schools in common and similar scores, so there is a very large possibility that we will be attending the same law school.

has your need access application taken a while to process?

apparently they processed my application and sent it out to teh prospective schools a little over two weeks ago, so now I am waiting on the financial aid packages.

we have four schools in common. we could potentially be going to the same law school in the fall.

the schools in LA are very appealing at the moment, especially since Fordham rejected me. I want to practice in the intellectual property and entertainment fields so they are looking like better options at the moment. It all really depends on the financial aid packages.

is there a city/state which you would prefer to attend a law school in? that can narrow down your choices, making the process a little bit easier for you.

I will probably go to one of the open houses that is towards the end of March or early April. Other than that, I don't know of any planned visits to NYLS. I am going to wait for their financial aid package. the deposit is due six weeks from now so there is plenty of time to look at the school and other offers.

are you planning on attending any of the events?

Congrats on your acceptance to the University at Buffalo Law School. I am a first year student there and the place really lives up to its reputation as the top public law school in the northeast. A great legal education coupled with VERY REASONABLE TUITION make it a school to take a serious look at ! Best wishes !

I'm planning on checking out schools in LA in April as well. Hopefully I will see you there!

I'd have to say Loyola, Wake, SC and IU are my top choices, but I'm thankful for being accepted to the schools I have been so far. If you want to withdraw from Loyola, please feel free. While I'm sure Dayton is not your top choice, the facilities are amazing. I go there now and the library is great for studying and the courtroom is tremendous as well.

financial aid award letters are taking forever! with deposits due within the next few weeks, schools are delaying quite a bit.

I called the financial aid office and they told me that they send stuff out after deposits. I'm going to email them though because I do not want to put down multiple deposits at schools.
