Additional info & updates

The usual pre-law activities.
I have spent way too much time preparing for this admissions cycle.
I hate the LSAT.
I like to make I statements.

Gtown and columbia rejection letter in small envelopes.
Fordham acceptance in large rectangle envelope.
Cornell deferral in small envelope.
BC acceptance in large envelope
Rutgers acceptance + scholarship via email.
Cardoza acceptance + scholarship via phone call.
NYU and Penn rejections in small letters. By far the most nicely worded rejection letters I have seen yet, so that's a plus!
GW waitlist in small envelope.
BU acceptance by phone call.

Until I hear from Cornell, I will be attending Cardozo law on a full ride. Withdrew from GW; DC is a pale shadow of new york.

7/20/08 heard from Cornell...still nothing. I was already 99% happy with my decision to take the money and run my ass to law review, but am now 100% certain. It is ridiculous that they can't come to a damn decision after almost 9 months!

I called them to confirm it was complete. I wonder when they will finally update their website with the application status.

Good luck!

We have very similar numbers. Good luck! How are you feeling about GULC, Cornell, Penn, NYU, , and Columbia? I applied to those schools as well. The latter 3 appear to be stretches. I also have some more far-fetched Hail Marys in my list as well.

My GULC waitlist was via USPS letter. It came in a white envelope with a single sheet of paper.

Oddly enough, I received my acceptance letter several days before my online status check switched to "decision." It was still on "complete." Go figure.

Congratulations of Fordham.

Our applications are almost mirrored. I have a 161 and 168. 3.3 CGPA and 3.8 Degree GPA. However, you are much more on the ball with getting your applications out quick. Good luck
