Yes, very similar numbers... I think that you are right about GWU being a difficult to get into. Still, I'd say you have a good chance.

hey, you probably have a solid shot at some of those "not applied" schools in CA, you should go for it! i know it's expensive, i'm feelin the pain too. best of luck!

Hi I am also a NC instate who has been accepted to Maryland, but am still waiting to hear back from UNC and was wondering why you prefer Maryland to UNC. Any info would be great. Congrats on all your success.

Thanks for the info. I too am hearing a lot of negative about UNC and when I called to check on my status they were very rude. Are you planning on attending maryland or are you leaning towards GW??

Thanks for your support. I think people forget if you are an NC resident its a lot easier to get into NC. I really really like maryland and have to wait until the financial aid package comes out in mid april to see if its realistic. I do know from a source at the law school they are behind but will make decisions by May 1st. Are you planning on going to any of Maryland's addmitted student days in any of the cities?? Good Luck with the rest of the cycle and always nice to hear from a fellow Carolinian.

Congrats on Wake and best of luck there. I think its maryland for me; its hard to turn down instate at UNC but I really like the clinics and the area of UMD so its what is. Good Luck again!
