A lot of great schools on your list. Good luck on all of them. BTW - 10/31 must have been a very busy day for you. LOL

GULC

Sorry to hear about the rejection from GULC. I've been watching apps like yours to give me hope. We applied at the same time and I still haven't heard from GULC yet. My app went to 'Decision' on Friday so now I'm just waiting for the inevitable to happen. I'm sure you'll get in at other schools you've applied to though. Good luck with the rest of this admissions cycle.

Good luck to you! I am so happy that others follow the same mantra as me: If you don't apply, you get an automatic rejection! I hope you get into your number one choice! I have faith in you!

Congrats

Wide Net?
Monday, September 26 2005 at 08:00 PM

I want to clarify that when I use the term "wide net" I am referring to the number of schools I am applying to. Not the size or the quality of the institution. Your remarks are valid to any admissions candidate, but misunderstood on the basis of my comments.

congrats on tulane

is that where you are gonna go? kent deferred me too, i chucked the info in the trash. i am also in at lewis and clark but probably heading to indiana, unless i get in elsewhere. i was considering throwing a last minute app to tulane, i have strong family ties to the area, but am unsure if i want to move there post-katrina. best of luck, you seem sharp and committed

Tulane

Congrats on Tulane! I got in there with similar numbers, and they aren't offering merit $ -- so hoping for need-based $. Otherwise, paying full sticker price might be kinda tough.
