I am from the Phoenix area. I have actually been accepted to Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego for the Spring 2007 Term, but I will not be getting back from Iraq until next summer. I called the school up and they told me they would work with me and get me move my acceptance to the Fall. I did apply anyway to some other schools I was a day away from submitting them when I found out about my acceptance, and there are a couple of schools I really want to get into, so hopefully one them will give me a chance, if not it looks like San Diego is where I am headed once I am out of the Army. Roughly how much did all those application fees cost you?
Some of these school are not ABA approved. What kind of law are you planning to study? Why do you need to be moved out, so soon?
I want to get into environmental/environmental justice law.

Hi, I need advice on applying to UDM's Special Summer Program. Why did you decide not to accept their offer.Any insight that you can give on that would be appreciated. Hi, I saw you're from Miami and just wondered what your thoughts were about FIU's Law School and the St. Thomas Law School. I got deferred at FIU and waitlisted at St. Thomas. Is one school better than the other? Any input would be appreciated! Good luck to you!
Thanks for the FIU info--it sounds great! Is there any particular reason that you didn't apply there? I live near Chicago so traffic and everything being outrageously expensive is the norm :)
Hi, I just found out I am accepted to SLU's summer institute, too. Will you be attending? As a side note, I'm from the area and have spent a fair amount of time in St. Louis, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
The information I received from SLU said classes would begin May 29 or May 30, I believe, and would last until early July (about 6 weeks). I will be attending SLU, unless I get in at FIU. SLU's got a very good reputation around here.

Personally, I didn't find the area of Boston that NESL was in too enticing. Not to mention, I didn't like any of the students that were giving me the tours. Personally, it was just a decision that I wouldn't be too happy in NESL.

I mean Dayton and FCSL are both Tier 4 schools so I guess I'm leaning towards Jacksonville because of location. Still holding my breath for the South Carolina wait list to come through. Is St. Louis where your are headed?
