Congrats on Harvard! What was the phone interview like? Was the interviewer nice? Good luck with the rest of the cycle.
doing the clicking
I'm the one doing the clicking. Deal with it.
congratulations on harvard!! i went complete a few days ago w/o a call e-mail so am a bit bummed and anticipating a ding. hope the rest of your cycle keeps going well!!!
I'm sure you already know this, but you are the #1 most popular user on LSN! I hope that one day, I too, can claw my way up the top users list. Oh yeah, and congrats on Harvard or whatever. :)
hey great job on the lsats and admissions. what did you do to prepare for the lsats and how long did you prep? thanks.
I would recommend that you choose HLS over the Darrow. You'll have the rest of your life to make money (and pay back loans), but a law degree is a one-time investment, so go to the best one you can. Michigan is a great school, but HLS has much more brand recognition, which translates into better opportunities for public interest, clerkships, academia, firm jobs, OCI, etc. Personally, I am torn between Yale and Stanford, but leaning towards Stanford for personal reasons. I think it's probably the best combination of program/location, and I don't know if I can bring myself to leave the Bay Area. =)
That is correct.
I'm from the boondocks.
If you're on LSD, PM me, and we'll settle this question... :)
Have you heard anything from them. You've been complete there longer than I have and I was wondering if they had gotten into contact with you in any way? Any idea what's taking them so long?
I'm sorry to hear about yale - they're handing out rejections today and it takes away hope...
yale doesn't know what they're missing. your results are magnificent, and i hope to do half as well in the end. let me know what you decide to do! -andrew
yea ur application is very interesting. wats ur ecs?
hey great numbers and great acceptances. how did you study for the lsat and for how long? any advice for the lsat or the application process? thanks.
Hi! Would you mind letting me read your PS? Thanks!
Hey, congrats on HLS; that whole list looks incredible. Could you let me read your personal statement? I have no idea what to write, especially trying to sell myself with a GPA that does not adequately reflect my capabilities. I do understand if you're not comfortable sharing it, though, and congrats again!
I went to Yale, it's really good to see so many Accepteds up there for you since our numbers are so similar. Thank goodness. Congrats!!! Any advice on personal statements?
Yeah, mine was short too--I think they all are. Even if it doesn't work out, getting his attention is already a good sign and should translate to success at other schools. That's how I comfort myself, at least.
