Scholarships are three-year totals. Fee Waivers are a combination of need-based and merit. Only UCLA and Notre Dame were unsolicited.

Obviously hoping for a T14, although realize most if not all are major reaches with my stats.

6/5: Rejected from Columbia Reserve. There goes the dream of staying in NYC for LS...

5/21: Email from Cornell - I'M IN!!! I CRACKED THE T14! Now I just need to decide if it's worth giving up mucho $$ from Fordham for...

4/22: Northwestern hold turned into a waitlist. Thought for sure my numbers were auto-ding, but still sad news.

4/17: Cornell reserve letter (dated 4/14). Frustrated.

4/9: Sent off my first deposit to Fordham. $400 poorer, I'm still hoping for some WL action come May/June, but I think could be happy there. :)

3/15: NYU small white envelope. Not surprised, but after 4 months I was hoping for WL.

3/16: After 16 weeks of being stuck at complete, my USC status checker switched to WL today (with no time in review). Not entirely convinced anyone even looked at my application. Not amused, and most definitely not pursuing.

2/26: WL at Mich. Preferred WL at Gtown. :(

2/24: Rejection letter from Stanford waiting for me at home.

2/19: Ding'd by Duke.

2/18: Rejection email from Berkeley. Thanks for getting my hopes up with Faculty Review, guys. Grr.

2/17: WL @ Vandy. Boo.

2/11: Reserve at Columbia!!!

2/10: Rejected at Chicago. Not at all surprised.

2/3: Deferred at Northwestern! Wow - very unexpected!

2/3: UCLA - Waitlist. Via email, trapped by spam folder. Sigh.

1/30: Ding'd at Yale! Whee!

1/25: Accepted at Notre Dame (via email & giant USPS Priority Mail package) with a $20K per year (renewable) scholarship!

1/22: Rejection email (hiding in my spam folder) from Harvard. I don't know about you, but I'm shocked! ;-)

1/20: Rejected from UVA (via email). Not surprised. Sigh.

1/14: Big envelope from GWU!

1/12: Getting used to this deferral thing - lovely email from Michigan today. I just keep telling myself, with my stats, at least I'm still in the game!

1/11: Email from Berkeley hiding in my spam folder. "Selected for further consideration by the Faculty Admissions Committee." Wow! With my GPA I figured I would be auto-reject, so this is an exciting movement!

12/18: Big packet from Boston College. Finally some good news after a rather disappointing week.

12/17: Deferral letter from Cornell (dated 12/14). Double balls.

12/16: Penn status checker reads "Application Denied" - balls.

12/9: WUSTL - in via email. :-)

12/8: IN AT FORDHAM via status checker! I feel like a giant weight has been lifted from my shoulders! SO EXCITED!

12/7: Packet from BU with a very nice handwritten note from the Director of Admissions.

12/4: Email from Georgetown - holding my application for review in January/February. Grr.

12/3: Accepted to Boston University! Call came while I was in a staff meeting - found out via voice mail.

11/21: William & Mary packet arrived in the mail today. They're giving me the Graduate Fellowship (in-state tuition and $4,000 stipend) and a $5,000 scholarship. Not too shabby!

11/18: ACCEPTED at William & Mary! Found out via status checker: "Congratulations! Admit Packet Mailed." First acceptance - pretty sweet!
