The big decision...
Monday, January 09 2006 at 07:00 PM

Hi Laura, I'm not sure what my first choice is. It's a hard decision. I think I'm going to see what funding looks like... Do you have a first choice? Our numbers (and responses) are very similar. I'm interested in your thoughts on the schools you've been accepted to.

I went complete around early December (I think). Man, it seems like ages ago.

where to?
Sunday, December 25 2005 at 07:00 PM

I have no idea where I'll go. Wisconsin is attractive since it's home already. I'd like to see if I'm offered funding anywhere before making much of a decision. you?

Hi Laura, To answer your question, boalt notified me through an email from Dean Tom. No phone, just an email (I'm abroad at the moment).

Hi Laura, I'm currently deciding between Chicago, Penn and Michigan.

Schools
Monday, January 09 2006 at 07:00 PM

So far, I'm deciding among NYU, Harvard, and GULC, and I'm not sure which I prefer. But if Columbia takes me, I'll probably go there instead.

Not sure...

I'm still waiting on most of my financial aid offers as well as word from HYS. So it's still too soon to tell... should know in the next couple months I hope!

I'm still probably leaning Harvard, but it was because I did not expect to be admitted to Stanford. So know I need to think some more....

Not sure...
Wednesday, December 14 2005 at 07:00 PM

It's hard to say where I'll be next year, since I've been deferred by some pretty good schools. It's a strong possibility that I'll end up in NYC, but I'm I hopeful that H and S will be options as well.

Seriously! I dunno what's taking so long, but with my lsat I'm just happy they haven't rejected me. I'd say the waitlist is looking more likely everyday... Best of luck to you!

where?
Sunday, February 05 2006 at 07:00 PM

ummm...its really up in the air right now...waiting on $$ decisions from penn and umich...supposed to hear next week...also, waiting on nyus decision (although prob wont go without $$, and the likelihood of $$ from them is slim to none) ...ideally penn or mich would match nu's offer (again, likelihood slim)...and then theres the w/l's from chi and col...hmmm...so, in closing, i dont have a f-ing clue...have you decided where youll attend yet?

Stanford

Hi Laura, I went complete in mid-November (I think). I never received an email, but I called to confirm in December and they told me I had been complete for a while. Best of luck...

Thank You

Thanks for your comment and congradulations on all your acceptances. I'm leaning towards NYU right now.

NYU

It's interesting that you received your NYU decision on May 3. I haven't received anything yet, and the admissions office told me over the phone on May 2 that my application was still under review. Can I ask when your letter was dated? Congrats on all your acceptances and enjoy Penn!

Many App!
Thursday, September 22 2005 at 08:00 PM

I think you actually applied to more schools than me! Congrats on all your successes and see you at Penn in the Fall!

selfish?
Wednesday, September 07 2005 at 08:00 PM

Really? First of all, I paid my application fees and did all of the work that got me on my waitlists. Secondly, I HAVE withdrawn from all schools besides the one I'm attending so get your info before you attack. Thirdly, only a pathetic and passive person would leave a comment without admitting their identity. good luck.
