i called today and they gave me some bull about how the program is for those having trouble getting into ANY school. i cried bull. i told the woman i knew of a cleo scholar who got into duke just last year. i have little respect for people who lie to me. i don't know if i will be doing the program now. this sucks.

Yes, I only applied full time. I didn't want to work while attending school. When you apply PT, can you later transfer to FT?

I called Maggie to ask if I could be considered for PT too. She told me it was okay. Hopefully, I'll get in now.

You got into many solid schools with $$$$? Where do you plan to attend? I should know my SMU decision in May.

Congrats

From some I hear that you can't transfer into SMU FT from PT. Some say that you can petition to go FT after two yrs. Is this true? I was under the impression that you can do it in the second year if you take enough summer classes to reach pace of the full timers. Are all of the classes needed your first year also available in the summer? Does that mean that once you make up the classes during the first summer, can you join the other full timers for the second year and graduate in three years?

I don't know if you still read this but I was just curious to know what you wrote your PS statement about?
