04-15-10 - Signed and delivered scholarship acceptance form to Samford.

03-24-10 - Started withdrawing...pretty hard to do. Hope this opens a seat for those on waitlists or pending.

02-28-10 - Received a letter from Samford via snail mail informing me of scholarship I've been awarded.

02-16-10 - Received a letter from Marquette via snail mail informing me of a scholarship I've been awarded.

01-19-10 - Received acceptance pkg from Syracuse w/ scholarship. Nice words from the dean about my essays and work experience.

01-11-10 - Accepted at Drexel via phone call from Assistant Dean w/ scholarship.

01-04-10 - Accepted at Tulane via email with scholly info to be mailed.

12-23-09 - Received big package from UA, got a happy holidays card from Pitt.

12-21-09 - $20k renewable scholly per yr at Miami, got via snail mail.

12-19-09 - Accepted at Pitt via snail mail w/ 14k renewable scholly, w/ handwritten note on bottom. Also, got a Christmas card from Marquette, Samford, and Santa Clara. Didn't even apply to SC but thanks!

12-18-09 - Received an email from Miami notifying me of a scholarship I've been awarded...It was a teaser email b/c they said I'd have to wait on the letter via snail mail to see the amount.

12-16-09 - UW status checker changed to "in review" seems quick but it may be at that status for a long time...

12-11-09 - Accepted at Alabama via phone call from Asst. Adm Director, she invited me to ASD on Jan 22nd. Guess I know who I'm going for in the BCS Championship! Roll Tide!!!

12-09-09 - Decided to apply to Drexel today...I think they are one of the best "new" law programs out there and will probably bust into the Best Law School Rankings when they get fully accredited. IMO...I wonder what you all think??

12-08-09 - I wrote a one page essay to the admissions office at UW asking for a fee waiver and it was granted. So for those of you that think your essays are worth nothing...mine was apparently worth $56.00 to Wisconsin :-) now let's see how they like my application.

12-07-09 - Just for kicks and chuckles I sent an app to an Ivy League today...didn't put it on my list b/c like I said it was for kicks and chuckles...and I was chuckling my ass off when I hit "submit" just as they will be chuckling their ass of when they hit "decline".

12-07-09 - Accepted at Marquette, got a small white envelope. At end of acceptance letter there is a personal hand written note from the Dean.

12-05-09 - Accepted at Miami, received a large package in the mail letting me know.

12-04-09 - Happy Founder's Day Bruhs! 103 years and still strong.

12-03-09 - Syracuse sent an email letting me know my app is now under review by admissions committee, and letters will start being sent out in January.

12-02-09 - Accepted at Samford

12-01-09 - Pitt sent an email letting me know my application is now under review by admissions committee.

11-24-09 - Samford app status changed to "under review" said I should have decision within a week or two.

11-23-09 - Did a Campus visit to Marquette and talked to Stephanie...the new law school they're building is nice, cost $51 million (a gift from one of its Alums)...this should help the school in law school rankings when it opens for Fall 2010.
