Hey you Saturday, March 10th, 2007 at 4:48 pm
Jumping on the bandwagon early!
Thanks Thursday, April 5th, 2007 at 3:10 am
for the encouragement! At this point, I'll be glad to have an answer, any answer, so I can start deciding and making plans for where I'll be in the fall. Good luck with your upcoming application cycle - I'm always rooting for fellow Philosophy majors :-) Have you already taken the LSAT?
retake? Sunday, July 1st, 2007 at 10:55 am
I have similar stats compared to you. I really want to get into Boalt, do you think I should retake?
Numbers Twin! Monday, October 22nd, 2007 at 4:32 pm
Congrats on all of the fee waivers. I'm hoping with my LSAT and GPA numbers finalized with LSAC, some will start rolling my way soon. Are you leaning toward any school, in particular? Hopefully, we'll have some inticing options in this cycle. Best of luck!
GL to you too Friday, October 26th, 2007 at 9:02 am
Hopefully soft factors will tip you over at some of your reaches!
Congrats! Tuesday, October 30th, 2007 at 12:41 pm
On Georgetown! :)
Hoyatown Tuesday, October 30th, 2007 at 3:20 pm
Wow, awesome, congrats on georgetown. You're the first person I've seen get in there. Once I read your profile I sprinted to my what I now know to be empty mailbox. ha ha. Did you apply PT and FT to g-town or just FT? Congrats again.
how... Tuesday, October 30th, 2007 at 3:37 pm

WOW! Tuesday, October 30th, 2007 at 4:27 pm
Hopefully your success so far will bode well for the other 3.8/168'ers out there. Congratulations on GULC!
just curious Wednesday, October 31st, 2007 at 3:56 pm
heyy, quick question...I became complete at HLS today too, I noticed you said it was a bad sign? I was wondering why that is so...is it because we haven't got the T. Stock phone call?
ALS Leopard Tuesday, November 6th, 2007 at 9:41 am
lol @ leopard...hope that panned out for you. can't wait to get my big box from them. congrats on gtown, too! Good luck everywhere else...wish I could have gotten myself together enough to send in my apps as early as you did!
thanks... Wednesday, November 14th, 2007 at 10:00 pm

Congrats Sunday, November 18th, 2007 at 1:25 am

Apple? Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 at 11:00 am
What is this Apple Law School you speak of? How do I become acquainted with it?
Michigan Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 at 1:11 pm
Let me be the first to congratulate you on your acceptance to Michigan. If I'm wrong (I'm not), you can blame me for jinxing it.
Congrats!
Congrats!
good luck Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 at 7:02 pm
on the Michigan decision. I guess we're in the same spot right now as far as that goes. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the both of us.

great job so far, I hope I fare as well as you with similar numbers
Congrats! Monday, November 26th, 2007 at 4:33 pm
Nice going on the G-town and Michigan acceptances! I may well suffer a heart attack of Virginia doesn't give word soon.
No way Tuesday, November 27th, 2007 at 3:28 am
You have two acceptances to schools I'd die for. I'm still revising my PS and there's no addendum in sight for my GPA. There's no question that you're better off :)
congrats & good luck! Tuesday, November 27th, 2007 at 12:02 pm
we both applied ED to nyu - so here's wishing us both some good vibes. but you're already in at two awesome schools, i'd love to have that safety net :)
Congrats Tuesday, November 27th, 2007 at 10:57 pm
on your admissions thus far, and good luck with the rest of your cycle!
Congrats! Thursday, November 29th, 2007 at 3:00 pm

Congrats Sunday, December 2nd, 2007 at 10:43 pm

DC Wednesday, December 5th, 2007 at 11:39 pm
Nope, not a Hoya...just live & work in the District.
NY Saturday, December 8th, 2007 at 5:41 pm
hey rossum, i'm a NYer, so that's probably why i got it so quickly. let me know when you get in!! we'll be the first members of the Class of 2011!!!
good luck with nyu! Saturday, December 8th, 2007 at 7:12 pm
noticed were both applying ed and with similar numbers. Although your higher gpa gives you a much better shot than me. Are you as anxious and nervous to hear as I am? Well good luck!! Hope we both hear soon
boalt Wednesday, December 12th, 2007 at 1:08 pm
ugh, sorry about the deferral rossum. if you're getting deferred i'm sure i'm right behind you. at least you've got gulc and michigan already.
Sent from the West Village to the East V Monday, December 17th, 2007 at 10:17 pm
NYU had to send their letter about a block away, so I bet I got mine pretty early. Congrats on all your acceptances so far!
TLS'er Thursday, December 20th, 2007 at 12:00 am
Sorry to see the NYU defferal, but there is still hope in the big round. Also, Michigan is a wonderful consolation prize!
Numbers twin Thursday, December 20th, 2007 at 2:39 pm
I'd be interesed in your take why you're getting the results you are. SO email me if you are willing to discuss. By the way UM and GULC are reat gets, and I bet the others come through in the end.
TLS! Sunday, December 23rd, 2007 at 12:00 pm
good to see a fellow TLS'er here (tho' I don't post much)
grats on umich and gulc, and good luck with the rest of your cycle!

Sorry! Tuesday, December 25th, 2007 at 9:20 pm
Sorry for the no response. I don't check this thing too often. If you saw me in DC you should have said hi. I don't really like Chipotle but I used to work in that area and may have been going to Madhatter or some other bar over there. That's great that you are getting in to such great schools! Are you going to school in DC or do you work over there? Facebook me!
Hi! Sunday, January 13th, 2008 at 4:16 pm
We have the exact same numbers! I'm also applying straight from UG... Good luck!!
Similar Cycles Monday, January 14th, 2008 at 7:38 pm
We both have very comparable stats, both applied ED NYU and were deferred, and both waitlisted at Penn. Seems like its truly is all about the numbers, except at Mich and Cornell.
GL w/ Penn Wednesday, January 16th, 2008 at 12:29 am
Our cycles are twins (except I didn't apply early).
I hope Penn works out for you (and my top choice for me)!

WL's suck Thursday, January 17th, 2008 at 12:50 pm
I'm pulling more for an offer of admission off Penn's waitlist. I just kind of get the feeling that we are doomed for either rejections or waitlist, reject at NYU. What info do you know about the prob of getting off penn's wl, besides lsn info from last cycle?
Still #1 Sunday, January 20th, 2008 at 2:27 pm
You're still #1 in my book awesomerossum! It's all good on the Harvard no-go as it is their loss, right? I would kill to be in your boat - accepted at Michigan! I guess it is all in perspective! Congratulations on all of your success and GOOD LUCK ON THE REST!!! Talk to ya soon either on here or on TLS!
twin! Thursday, January 24th, 2008 at 9:21 pm
Congrats on all your acceptances! We're near-identical numbers twins, so I'll be rooting for you :-D
:) Thursday, January 24th, 2008 at 10:54 pm
hey congrats on cornell thats outstanding!
GULC Friday, January 25th, 2008 at 8:03 am
why did i miss you at the ASW?
T Friday, January 25th, 2008 at 4:22 pm
Sooo? You were hiding in the back the whole time??? If we end up at another ASD together, such a thing cannot happen.
CORNELL! Monday, January 28th, 2008 at 10:37 am
YESSSSSSSSSSS! Congrats!!! Just a little over a month from deferral to acceptance...not bad at all, kid!
I visited Cornell two years ago and it's absolutely breathtaking.

I'd love to hear about your soft factors. My GPA is lower than yours, but same LSAT, and I would love a tiny bit of your success so far. Congrats!
Good Options Thursday, January 31st, 2008 at 9:41 pm
Congrats on Cornell. Of course you'll probably wind up at Mich, but still...
Also, your predicted Stanford rejection really threw me off for about 5 minutes when I saw it. I'm sure you're in for some surprise acceptances yet.

Duke Tuesday, February 5th, 2008 at 6:37 pm
How confident are you about Duke? I'm getting very nervous.
Columbia Wednesday, February 6th, 2008 at 6:06 pm
I got waitlisted too. What's your first choice. You've gotten into some other good schools, what are you going to do?
Best of luck! Friday, February 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am
Sorry to see your CLS WL. Best of luck with that and with everything else!
Well, well... Friday, February 8th, 2008 at 8:17 pm
2/8 and no Stanford rejection? Who knows, Rossum--maybe you're in? As the tireless optimists keep saying over at TLS--it only takes one. And Stanford is a hell of a "one" to have.
? Tuesday, February 12th, 2008 at 12:15 pm
What makes you say I'm a VBI alum?
hmm Tuesday, February 12th, 2008 at 2:06 pm
If you were male, I'd be freaked. :)
