Good luck to you as well! Loyola, Depaul and Chicago-Kent are all good schools and Chicago is undoubtedly a great city. Hopefully, we'll both hear back from them soon.

I studied in Australia

U of L has requested my report. They did so very quickly after I sent in my application. I'm not sure why they would have requested mine so quickly, but still have not requested yours. Wish I had some better advice for you.

You should contact U of L and check on your app because when I send mine, they responded with an email within just a couple of days. That was about a month ago though, and maybe they are a lot busier now. I'd follow up just to be safe.

I just went back through my email since I applied and I actually have not received any communication from them, I guess I just assumed I had since I had heard from everyone else to at least confirm receit of my application. Sorry.

just wanted to let you know, Louisville just sent me an email saying they received my application (even though they actually got it almost a month ago) and that they will soon be requesting my LSDAS report (also done a month ago) and that my application is complete if it is complete with LSAC, which it is. I think they might have just started reviewing Dec. 1st and that's why everything's been delayed...

Yeah, but I had the same response from them last year. For me, it's as good as a rejection since I'll get no money off the waitlist. I'm hoping for one of the catholic e-mails today, but I feeling kind of down about it now since I haven't gotten one yet and it's 2:00p.m.

Im pretty suprised you got rejected by depaul. That also makes me incredibly nervous since our numbers are pretty similar. :-/

My undergrad offers free housing to anyone that goes to UK, so it's my first choice. However, if it was not for this, UofL would definately be at the top of my list. Anyways, I just wanted to wish you good luck!

I called them. I guess they weren't going to let me know it had gone on to committee. It took a long time for them to request my report too.

Didn't day when they'd start sending out decisions. I *do* know that they didn't start reviewing files until January. I'm guessing it'll be the end of the month before anyone gets anything. Esp. looking at past cycles. I passed by UNLV while I was attending a Bachelor party in Vegas. I think it would be a weird/crazy place to live for any length of time, but kind of cool too. Southwest has a direct flight in case you're thinking of visiting the campus.

I called them on the 15th to see if my file had gone complete, since I had not heard anything from them. I was told that my file was "being reviewed" and that I should hear from them within the next 10 days. That makes since when you look at the first decision dates from last cycle. Thought you might want to know.

I hate to say it, but money is a factor. I'd love to go to Vandy. It's my first choice, but I'm not sure if they're as generous with their money as Wash U is...I've still got my fingers crossed, though.

I checked full time preferred so I'm not sure if they are considering me for both or what. I would do either because Louisville is my only choice.
