I noticed your comment about OU and cost. While OU is a bit more expensive (if you are out of state) it is much cheaper than other out of state and private schools. Good Luck!

They didn't inform me in my acceptance letter of any scholarships. But I will be declining the offer this week anyway. I see your applying there, good luck!

i applied to two lower tier schools, OCU and Ave Maria. mainly for scholarship reasons. OCU is local, and i was hoping for a full ride. didn't happen. anyway, the rest of tier 1's and 2's. i tried to apply to schools all over the country. and many of my apps had the fees waived.

i found out about complete status on their status check website. the address was sent to my email.

I got an email from UT saying that they had received my information and giving me a username and password. Once I logged in, I saw that my file was complete.

I think Michigan is currently leading, but I'd like to see about Chicago and Columbia first. What about you? You should have several great choices by the end of this process. Good luck!

i sent my application in on 11/2/05. yes, they did offer me an $11K/year scholarship, which was a big surprise. good luck with your application there. i see you applied at Houston, too, i'm very anxious to hear from them.

congrats on OU. thats a great scholarship. I only got 2500 one time. r u an oklahoma resident. if your not i think that it is one of the easiest states to gain residency in.

Ugh, I know! I think Nebraska likes really high GPA's (have you noticed all the admitted folks on LSN have 3.89+?) But! They admit almost half their applicants, so I am not worried yet. Good luck on your apps!

I like Missouri-Columbia, Mercer and Tech. If I had to narrow it down to a favorite it would be Mizzou. How about you?

Yeah, the scholarships we received from dickinson are pretty pathetic. I guess they are pinching pennies because of their building project. They more than likely lost me as a future student. They could have made it somewhat competitive considering I'm from PA. Oh well...Congrats on all the acceptances and good luck.
